Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 03 12:46 am)
Interesting subject. I'm also intrigued by the possibility. Just think if it is possible to get to a standard to have a numerical description of a face and then convert all this to Poser. I could ask to anyone to "measure" their faces (maybe filling in a form) and I could send them the 3d render showing themselves..
I don't know if it's the one you misplaced, FyreSpiryt, but I find this useful (for human figures, anyway).

Hi, Ive seen a lot of human body models most of them created with poser. But if I want to do my own models maybe with another program where do I get the generell measures ? What is the relation of the size of the head to the size of the whole body and so on ? Is there a database in the internet ? Do I have to engage a real model for that ? And how do you get the measures then if you dont own a large 3d scanner ? By photogrammetry ? And what about bones then ? Do I have to x-ray the model to get the measures of the bones ? Thanks for help
