I'm trying to find an in-Bryce work around for this volumetric bug... Any ideas would be appreciated... I believe it's because Bryce uses the Boolean Operations as filters, as opposed to creating any actual geometry...?

Silly question. Have you tried checking off the "Transfer material" box on the negative sphere? Because I do get a volumetric texture on the inside when I do that. And when I use the same volumetric metrial on the negative sphere, I get nothing.

Aye, I tried that, and it didn't work for me on Bryce 5. I'll try it on 4 and see if it works, though, thanks! Perhaps it didn't work at home because of Volume Density or something, but I'll try it again!
