Eh, Sasha, I guess that's the chance you take when you mock someone's religion... You know, some of these people remind of the hardcore Star Wars fans. You know, the kind that camp out in front of a theatre for six weeks before the movie opens and believe the Force actually exists and list their religion as "Jedi" on census forms. Makes you wish they really WOULD take off to another planet. Same kind of humorless weirdos. Probably some of the same people, actually...
I think we have to forgive people for getting a little excited/impatient. It's been 5 long, empty years since the realease of P4, during which the only significant change was the advent of what's her name--I mean Vicki. And it's not like CL isn't tweaking the crap out of us. If that's possible (checking drawers). Yep, it's possible.
x2000, a simple apology will do. Obviously you have upset more than just one person, so you can't say it's just someone trying to get you. You seem like the type of person that would hold a piece of food in front of a dog and keep pulling it away every time he tries to get it, for hours and hours at a time. Yes, people are very excited about Poser 5, does this bother you to the point that you have to tease or mock them? If anyone needs to get a life it's YOU! We are just anxious about getting Poser 5, we are not abusing anyone (except ourselves) You on the other hand have nothing better to do than get people upset. Perhaps you should go and watch tv, read a book or wash your sticky fingers! Here's another vote for locking down threads that are of absolutely no use to the community and ones that go even further to have a negative impact as well.
And here's a vote for banning emotionally disturbed people with no sense of humor that make a huge issue out of absolutely nothing. Those are the people who constantly cause chaos around here. Anyone remember the insanity that arose from a damned picture of a pink pony? Yeah, THAT was certainly a worthy issue. Deja vu! Pathetic.

So Egaeus got suckered into a prank thread... no biggie, just hit the back button and move onto the next thread or go take a look at free stuff, the mp, galleries, heck... why not venture on out into the great outdoors, take a breather, get a little afternoon delight :D (my personal fav) and lighten up! Maybe people wouldn't salivate and get excited so much if some of you stopped flashing your naked butts around. When I was in high school, there were girls known as "pr*ck teasers." They thought that stuff was funny. Unfortunately some of their intended victims didn't. I think teasers just don't have the ability to think of anything more creative to do with their energies?!

It would be one thing if this sort of asinine post appeared once, but several people have done it. It's not funny, it's just stupid. It's funny in the way that "Guess what? That's what" is funny -- in other words, not at all, unless your 5 years old, which judging from x2000's other posts is probably the case. People complain about the waste of space when others delete posts, I think this is worse. It's utterly pointless. Unfortunately,x2000, since you were too busy being an asshole, you have characterized me erroneously. My irritation does not stem from the fact that you toyed with my affections over Poser 5, but that you or anyone else would post a misleading header for an infantile prank. Fortunately I know better now and will disregard any post with your name attached to it. As far as a sense of humor goes, I have a healthy one, thank you, and have been paid well for having one. In fact, you'd have to not have any semblance of a sense of humor to find dumb-ass stunts like this funny.

Unfortunately, the whole issue of personal attacks and violations of TOS seems as muddy as ever. Hell, sometimes it seems to depend on who says the words, who the "target" is, which moderator reads the words, and maybe even the weather. Now let's see. Has everyone had a chance to express their frustration and anger? Do we feel sufficiently "macho?!" Do we have something more important to do? I want to make more trashy pictures.
Actually, I liked the first shot better. The worm's-eye-view is always more dramatic. BTW, that rolled-up plastic down by the bottom of the bean can looks suprising real. His hair is pretty cool, too. Where did you get it? I don't recognize it. I've been trying for sometime now to make a quality hair prop of my own, but DAMN it's tricky. I have a whole new respect for people that can make that stuff. Hair is about the only thing I've tried to create that's really given me a hard time, and the only thing I'll still pay for (if it's good enough). But I WILL master it, damn it! You know, you're probably Oscar the Grouch's favorite artist now;) Fun though, ain't it?:)

Hey guys, as long as we're locking down threads that are a waste of people's time, why don't you start locking stupid threads by stupid people who think it's funny to post a misleading headline like "POSER 5 INFORMATION!" and follow it up with a message that says "Gotcha," or "Suckers," or something equally as unfunny and doltish? Better yet, we can add a new icon of a big brown pucker and affix it permanently to the screen names of those who leave such cyberdroppings. Or, like the "Nudity" flag, we can add a "Stupidity" flag. Just a few suggestions.
