Tjohn Male 49 Rural Tennessee near Chattanooga. No wife or children, 2 parakeets (would that be 4 keets?) named Boyd and Berdie (i guess Airflamesred would call them budgies or budgerigars)
This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

"I want to be what I was
when I wanted to be what I am now"
white-ish (slightly green-tinged) male, currently living in San Francisco (at least until my saucer gets fixed and I can go back "home" to a more civilized planet). Age: 54 Earth-years (i.e., old enough to really know better, but young enough to often say "what the hell?" and go for it anyway). Never married (never going to be) - but I have 2 "kids" - 1 Maine coon & 1 British shorthair (which is as close to having children as I'm ever likely to get - just as well, since I long ago recognized that I'm NOT good parent-material).
Bullhead City, Arizona, hottest place on earth. Can hit well into the 130's here in the summer. Age 41 until next week, then I turn 39 again (lol). Single, never married (traveled too much when I was younger, no women in this town now that I'm starting to settle). One cat that's a year old and cackles like a dolphin instead of a normal meow. Seems like the Brycers are not the young teens that like computers. Interesting. Does this mean Bryce is a big boy toy?
LOL! You're the young one?! I'm 15 Years old, my name is Max (duh), and I live In Los Altos (Near San Francisco) I have two cats, one brother, one mother, one father, 2 grandmothers, and 1.5 grandfathers. Oh and errrmm I hope to get married some day and have kids some day an maybe I'll be wishing I was sitting in a pub someday ;)
Woo, guess I'm the token female until another one posts :) I'm in Seattle, the other Washington ;), 32, never married, no kids, no pets I'm not sure that many teenagers and twenty-somethings actually want to sit and create computer art (or other sorts of art for that matter). I'm glad the ones who are here don't mind the age range. Speaking of different cultural influences, I've started getting interested in art from central and south america - not just the ancient archeology stuff, but what people are creating today.
Ummm...have to post here so Isstrout won't feel like the lone female. I'm single, 44, previously married (we won't go there), currently dating a Brit - (until he misbehaves), with a Sealpoint Himalayian cat named Nicholas. I like my males warm and fuzzy. Good thing both the cat and the boyfriend have chest hair. As for location - I'm currently in Summerville - a 'burb of Charleston, SC, but I'm actually a Virginia girl. Oh - I love Arizona. My sinuses loved the dry heat. Charleston requires the use of an air conditioner from February through December. I spent some time in this spring. They have REAL mountains there! And wonderful silver jewelry!

isstrout, there are actually a lot of ladies that do Bryce and other forms of computer art. Not all are regular posters here. So is this possibly the dating game? Hehehehe, you know how hard it is to find a lady who is willing to appreciate artists let alone one who actually does art? My sister has the same gripe. She is 47 and never married. Only guy that will win her is one that likes art. Brother is 50 and never married, he's the best artist in the family, and just plane wierd. The pub in question is in the west of Ireland. I'm English, but moved here (Co. Mayo, right on the coast) three years ago. 43, one husband (oh yeah, I'm female!), four dogs, four chickens and two cats. And yes, I think where I live influences what I do as far as making pictures goes - we're surrounded by very Bryce-like landscapes - mountains, lakes and sea - and the ever-changing weather is an inspiration! Then there's all the Celtic stuff, of course...
Then what is the SD in EricofSD? I thought it might stand for san diego or something...

Ok, India here, Calcutta for those who'd like me to be more specific, though I've moved around! 35, single and never been married, but had nearly skidded into it once!! ;-) Have this feeling that Mars is still on the look out for one of its escapees! I disguise the green skin under a dark tan, or masquerade as a frog, giving princess' on a quest some practice in search and find stratagems! But then, my artist page says it all! Ummm and Ginger, nice to have the 'husband' put in his right place in the menagerie! :-P
I currently reside in Fresno, Ca. but was born and raised in San Francisco. (My people are from Mars too. The bikermice have been infiltrating Earth's civilizations for years now the three most famous of us can be found here).
I'm younger than Allen9 but older than EricofSD - I've been 39 for years now.
Male, 42 living in central Kentucky. Widowed and remarried with one grown son now away from home. Was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio (with family roots in the Transylvania region of Romania) and relocated here in 1988. Have 1 horse (Arabian filly), a Saab, an old Ford pickup and several computers to keep me from getting bored.
Yeagertown, Pennsylvania (roughly 30 minutes from Penn State University); Male, 31; Married to a beautiful woman; one 8 months-old little girl; two dogs, two cats; one Jeep. Central PA is an area renowned for its fall colors (though not as much so as the New England areas) - good choice for the challenge.
Hey EricofSD, I'm from San Diego, California! I am 44, been married 23 years to a wonderful software engineer. Three kids, 20, 19, and 4. The oldest boys are out of the house, so it feels like I only have one kid. Just down to one old cat now for pets. Lost our dear Buddy after 14 years of love. Being in San Diego is environmentally challenging. We only have three types of days; cloudy in the morning, sunny rest of day; sunny all day; Hmmm, I take that back, only two types of days here... When it does rain, we all stand by the windows and oh and ahh.

EricofSD, I have noticed that a lot of women post occasionally, but not always regularly, I'm just wondering why. A dating game? It seems unlikely since so many people here are already involved with someone. I have casually noticed that on the whole, the women I personally know are more willing to put aside their personal/professional interests for family than the men I personally know are willing to do. This arrangement seems to work for all the parties involved, and I am not trying to criticize it, I am simply making an observation. Lin
Neenah, Wisconsin. That's 35 miles SW of the Frozen Tundra in Green Bay. I'm 30 and I live with my wife (married 1 year this week) and 2 cats, Buster and Nemotode (never name your cat when your wife is in microbiology :c) ) Buster has delusions of stardom like Hyperborea's cats as you can see in my gallery. Alderon, nice to see you neighbor. :c)

I Was curious about the influence of culture/geography with all of the talent that is in and out of here. Not that it makes any difference, but I've heard reference to different terms, not to single anyone out but Darkinger mentioned "Pub", here we call'em bars or clubs. Yeah I know it's a weird question, but where are you all from? I'm from Connecticut, USA
