the bos all the way to the left can be set to custom sky and then the color box will appear
Yes thanks guys thats exactly everything I am after, and yeah an ortho view. As far as why I want to do that is because I am really a programmer for a living, I play with 3d stuff for fun and I have some freedom on the next project so i am rendering and modeling the entire user interface then will use the images and stuff as buttons in the program. however I need the other view to render so I can render larger buttons and windows without loosing the edges of some objects do to the perspective. As sopme f these windows will need to be rendered at a minimum of 800 X 600 then I have to go in and crop out the pieces I need and so on. Thanks again

Hi guys I have 2 questions 1. Sky's How do you make a sky a solid color, your own color. I know there are sky presets for White background, Black background and Grey back ground but I could not find anyway to make a simple blue background or maybe green or someother color. 2. is there a way to shut off the distance projection. You know how when you render a scene and say I had put a pyramid shape in there, when when it is in the center of the scene you can not see either side, but if you move it to the right of the screen you can then see the left side of the pyramid, I want to be able to move it to the right but it still looks like you are facing it head on without rotating the object Kind oif just like a 2d view.
