Congratulations.  Unfortunately I was not familiar with your work so I visited your gallery.  It certainly won't be my last visit because I was very impressed.

I want to say a huge thank you for choosing my photo.  To say that I was surprised is an understatement.  I never in my wildest dreams thought a photo of mine would be chosen so you gave me a wonderful Easter surprise.  Thank you to all of you, you made me very happy.

Oh my ...hog jowl.  What in the world do you do with that, or how do you eat it, or how do you cook it?????  I've never heard of eating it.  Yep, I didn't grow up in the south, nor have I ever been there.  I have eaten black eyed peas though.

 At least we have some interest in this thread again, so I see that as good.  I love your little digging squirrel (we have them too) and I like your idea better for the picture below than mine!

 I enjoyed this so very much and enjoyed seeing a part of the world I will probably never get to visit.  You have done an oustanding job of presenting the pictures and putting them to music.  Your photographic skills are certainly top rate, no doubt about that.
