Soulhuntre, Yes, it does sound like the sky is falling, doesn't it. But it's still true, isn't it.

Get yourself a router. D-Link, Linksys, whatever, womething with a NAT firewall, brand doesn't much matter. You'll find that most probes and such never make it past the NAT firewall. Also, of highest importance, DON'T USE OUTLOOK OR INTERNET EXPLORER. If you take some time and research this, you'll find that Outlook and IE are most responsible virus problems. Also, a hacker is someone who takes pride in learning something from scratch, the hard way. Who comes up with an elegant solution to optimize some code or solve the apparently insoluable problem with the tools at hand. A cracker is a vandal who f**ks things up. There's a big difference.

Well, yes, but that depends on what you're trying to accomplish with the model. Remember, all of the toon girls are toons, not human women. You can't compare apples to oranges simply because they're fruits. If I were to buy any new human female, it'd probably be Stephanie Petite. The V3 looks too thick. Sorry if that isn't a PC view of things, but I'm not looking to recreate reality.

Odd. I cut it right out of the browser... If you go here: http://www.excite.co.jp/world/url Paste in the normal url, select the right-hand option button, then click the button. The translator will handle most pages.

I think $89 is a fair price to upgrade from 5 to 6. I would like to see them use the renderer from Shade. My wish list: -- Render farm support (Windows and Linux). Not a complete interface, just render engine daemons that I could network together to share the rendering load. -- A Linux Version. -- SMP support. I have a couple dual pentiums I'd like to fully employ for rendering. -- AMD 64-FX support. I'm building a new AMD system with a 64FX cpu. We need a 64-bit version of Poser ;-)

I'm glad I read this thread before spending the money for Vicki. Besides being "fat" she's a bully, too ;-)
