i was running into the same problem...it wouldn't work for the download or the email. i ended up having to disable my firewall to get it to work right.

ok thanks i never even thought of changing the x y z dials on their own like that.. exporting it is a good idea...when you alter the cr2 will it resize itself to the new obj size or would i have to do that manually?? the way i figured it out, is i went into the propack setup room sized the figure in there to 132% and sized the cr2 to 132% to fit the new size. then back in the pose room all the dials are set to 100%

hmmm.. it sounds like your making sure the joint is in the right place... sometimes when i am making joints if i forget to check where the joint is in the top,side and front views it goes wonky like your describing... the only other thing i can think of is if you have Sherical falloff zones turned off in the joint parameters window..that sometimes did it for me i'm kinda new to this as well.. sorry i can't be more help. hope you figure it all out soon

hello :) hmm i donno about a sperm whale.. but you refer to Mitch's whale at his site...its a humpback.. and if thats the type your looking for then there's one at this site.. http://www.toucan.co.jp/product/3ds/aquarium/modelsE.html its not poseable though.. but i find its still a very nice model. hope this helps!!
