Walter, Maybe that's my problem too. I'm at work as well. LOL Either way, turning off the IK fixed it. I truly appricate it my friend. Take care! Nebula
Thread: need help with a coat | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Blau, Hey, I have been looking for a coat just like this one although I would like it to have the belt with it. May I ask where you got it? Were you able to solve your problems with it? I am looking to do some animation with it tho. Would you have any recommendataions as to this coat or another coat to use? I would like to see your final output of this if it happens to be available. Thanks for your time. Nebula
Thread: Poser Video Card | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hello again, Well, you all have sure given me a bunch to think about. Maybe I'm being a bit hasty on my choices. It seems everyone you talk to has a little different opinion. But from what I seem to be hearing from everyone here as well as a few other people, the main thing I need to get is the fastest processor as affordable as well as all the RAM I can afford. The video card seems to be a lowly third decision. I sure appricate everyones thoughts here. I hope to get my new system going in the next couple of weeks. Wish me luck! Nebula

Thank's a bunch! I'm currently running an ATI AIW128 but it's only 16M. It seems to work fine for both Poser & trueSpace. I have since purchased a couple of the new texture maps for Victoria. It's been like trying to shred a tree limb with a garbage disposal! I figure I'm doing ok on RAM at 192M. Guessing the bottleneck is the processor, K-6III-400. Things weren't bad with the standard stuff but now that I'm getting into more of the larger files, its been tough. But to upgrade means nearly all new hardware. Anyway, the video was my real question. I don't do as much gaming as I used too. Getting more into doing my digital video. The ATI has helped a bit there too. Maybe I'll hang on for a few more days before I buy the video card and read more of what you all have to say. I sure appricate the input!

Just for understanding, I was wanting the number for the video card. I already have a motherboard in mind. Thanks!

Thank you for the kind words. I guess I have about 2 hours involved. The interesting thing is that the gun itself has moving parts. I am currently working on an animation of her squeezing the trigger and the gun firing. As I noted above,Christopher Johnson made the gun and he did an exceptional job if it! Thank you again. It's the first thing I have ever posted. I never thought it really mattered that much. But I have to say that I was rather excited to check and see if anyone had responded. It's quite a thrill! :)

CyberMunk, I never thought of the grasp and thumb dials.. DUH!!! Tunnel-vision I guess. You know if anyone has suggested collision detection for Poser 5? I agree that would be great. Schlabber, looking forward to checking out your site here shortly. To everyone, thanks for you input!!

Wow! It's lovely! How do you get it to look so "real". My Poser renders leave much to be desired. Still learning tho. Have you touched this up with something or is this a straight render? The hair is great! Is it a prop or did you draw it in. Wonderful work!

You mean these PAE morphs can be copied to any character as long as the naming convention is kept and it will work? Can I make my own morphs and name them properly and it work?

Krel, your MT's sound great! Are they available? Where would I look for them? I came across a small avi of a female wearing what looked like a silky camisole and an open trenchcoat walking by the camera like a fashion model. As tho braless, the movement of her breasts with her stride was SO REAL! Better than real life, if that's possible! lol Anyway, that's the kind of animation I would like to produce. Very fluid movement. If I can find the contributor, I'll surely pass it on. As always, I truly appricate your input and guidance. I just wish some of you were near by so that I could get some true one-on-one instruction! So many questions... so little patience! haha Thanks again!

One other question. What is Animation Master. Is that another seperate package? Expensive?

Cool. I'll look for the PAE module, MT's and the Nerd Tutorials. Is it difficult to splice the new MT's into an existing figure? I assume Nerd may have tutorials on this as well? Any other info would be great. I really appricate all your responses. I hope I can post something here soon!
