Highlight the file and then hold down shift and right click it. You should have the option showing "Open with" You can also go into PSP, File, Preferences, File Format Preferences and unassociate the file extension in there.

I would suggest PM'ing the artist and Toxic Angel and asking about it. It's possible that it was available here at one time, but is no longer. It's also possible that the artist got the name wrong.

There are a lot of free poses in the freebie section.
Go to the free section, select Poser and then search for "poses". There are 388 items found and a number of fighting poses, mostly martial arts ones.
All poses for human or human-like figures are interchangable. So you can use V3 poses for M3 and vice versa. I find I rarely have to make adjustments. I use Preteen poses for V3, or maya doll poses for V3 all the time.

Only $700.00? ;) That's only $58.33 per month, or $1.91 per day, or $0.079 per hour. Heck you spend more than that on coffee, and way more than that on cigarettes. It's cheap entertainment compared to other forms such as going to the movies ($12.00 for 2 to 2.5 hours), dinner ($25.00 per person)... well you get the idea :) And with poser items you can reuse them over and over which makes the cost even less overtime :)

Ok, clicking on the "click here" instead of waiting for the download window worked :) I picked up the backgrounds on page 1, flowering trees, and the hand bags. I wish there was more Asian related art such as traditional decorate decanters, fans, stand up room screens and such. Interesting site to roam around though. I found out that ???? means the same in both English and Japanese :) hehe

Thank you, that worked. I couldn't for the life of my figure out why it blew up the way it did. Can someone explain why the "smooth polygons", caused it to blow up?

I keep getting attention please.
I tried to download. Got that "attention please", clicked the button which I assume means "ok", was taken to another page where I assume you register.
I entered the following:
user name
password
confirmed password
email address
then scrolled to the bottom and clicked the button.
Was taken to what looked like forums. Clicked download, tried to download something and got "Attention please" again.
I think it registered my user name because my name shows on the left side menu.
Edit: Oh well, I give up. I didn't really need those backgrounds anyway.
