I can see there being problems if the files are copied, or obtained through warez sites, but a complete transfer of hands of the property? I see nothing illegal about that.

This is a tutorial on how to do cut out in Paint Shop Pro. I'm sure you could adapt it to Photoshop though. At the very least it will give you an idea if this is the effect you are trying to achieve. I don't use Photoshop, but in Paint Shop Pro you select the pattern and emboss it. Another way is to apply a leather texture affect to the tile, and then select the pattern and use cut out effect to give it depth.

Haha, that reminds me of when I was a teenager and my cousin was trying to teach me the guitar. I'm right handed, but tend to do many things as a lefty. My cousin is right handed. I just couldn't manage to move my fingers around the cords with my left hand, so he turned the guitar upside down so I could manage the cords with my right hand and pluck upwards with my left, lol To the original poster, take your time to recover and don't rush the process. Your health is way more important.

Despite how your post comes across, I'm not going to take it personally. You are mad at the world right now and lashing out at everyone. FYI that link was to your thread about your gallery content and not the TOS thread. If you post things you need to be prepared for comments...good and bad. I do art to please my own eye, no one else's. If I post something to be viewed it's because i consider it to be "perfect". Whether it is to someone else is moot. It's impossible to please everyone, so I don't even bother trying. I work to please me and if others like it, that's just a bonus. Put your gallery back and set it for viewing only if you don't want negative comments, but don't let people run you off from what you enjoy doing.

I look, I appreciate, I move on. I don't feel a need to post my "critique" to everything I view; especially if it's not to my tastes. Art is subjective. I know when I make something I make it to please my eye; I don't care if it pleases yours or not, unless you are buying something...then of course I care that you like it. But just for art itself, all that's important is that it pleases me. If others end up liking it in the end, that's only a bonus.

What I would like to know is how can a little boy on a beach wearing a bathing suit trunks be considered "nudity" and "child porn"? If that were the case they wouldn't allow suntan lotion commercials on MAINSTREAM television.
As for infants and toddlers in diapers? Again, turn to any channel on television and you will see infants and toddlers running around in diapers ... if it were considered "kiddy porn" and "nudity", these diaper commercials wouldn't be permitted to run.
I can see Renderosity wanting to clean up it's act and rid the site of things that could be considered "kiddy porn", but kids in diapers or little boys on a beach with bathing trunks on and digging in the sand is NOT pornography.
Fine, clean up the site, but use commonsense for heaven's sake.
