I'm not in a rush connie. I have yet to make one character so the dress isnt needed right at this moment. LOL I was wondering if learning to model a dress would take years. I figured I'd get my first charcater done in that time. :p Yep Poser is killing me. LMAO

Connie how long would a project like the boots take to model you reckon? Do you have to do the other foot too? So like a model for a left and right foot?
Great work!

Oh okay. I don't have a modeller. Just poser 6. I do have a 2D paint program (PSP9). Okay thanks for answering. I saw some others making items and giving it away for free. Made it seem easy. LOL
thanks again.

The bumpmapping is too strong. On her forehead and on her cheeks. Especially the cheeks. It looks like she has really dry crackly skin. Cute asian girl.
Thread: Postwork ? We don't need no st*nk*n postwork... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Whenever I click on a thumbnail in these galleries, the new pop window comes up smaller rather than larger. I just dont see a difference. If this person didn't complain, I would've thought they did an EXCELLENT job on the unmorphed render. I don't see dislocated joints or blk spots or anything.
When I do get a grasp on this thing called Poser and start making figures I'm gonna get so much critque while thinking I did a great job. LOL

I dont see where there's a difference between the two photos. Granted Im a newbie and don't have the critical eye thing going yet.

Thread: Embarrassing question...just what is diff between MAT pose and Materials? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Ahhhhhhh. That's what I did wrong. I didn't get the hair. The Mat came up in the pose library and I tried to apply it to the head but didn't see the name of the hair to conform or parent to the head. So was totally lost. Thanks a bunch!

So I downloaded hair and it's in my poses library. It's starts with Mat. When I double click the thumbnail. No hair comes up for me to parent. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys. I feel so stupid when I get the answers to these questions. LOL I thought you just applied the thumbnail but I do see where I went wrong and it works now. Thanks again.
Being a newbie stinks! I wish I knew all there is to know already.
