Seamless means if you put two of the same pics side by side, they will appear as a bigger one without any seams to show the pics limits.
Sure you can use them via the material room. You only have to play with the U_Scale and V_Scale on the Texture map node. Though the way they will appear on your prop highly depends of the prop UV.
Thread: Rendering in Separate Process what does this do? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Looking in the help files, rendering in a separate process means Poser and the render engine are able to use more memory than with this option unchecked. It says if you only run a area render, you should turn it off as it will 'eat' the available memory only for this area render.
I may be wrong though, but it's what i understand from the Poser Reference Manual :)

Sorry for the delay :)
Many thanks for your help! I've just bought the card you linked, it has the 64 drivers in the box and works flawlessly!
So yes, it helped a lot!
Thanks! :D

Sowwy for the delay :)
I've fixed my problem by now: i've bought another card ^^
The Hercules one is definitely not XP64 ready.
I have now an EDIMAX EW-7128g (which really looks like the Hercules one, and same chipset too) that has the 64 drivers in the box :)
It works flawlessly.
Thanks for the time you took to help me :D

I will try your drivers, thanks :)
In fact, before to buy this card, i checked ineternet to see if it was XP64 capable and found this notice on www.touslesdrivers.com (which is the french reference site about drivers). So i bought it. Now you know my deception ;)
I will give yours a try and post the results ^^

I just tried to plug it into another slot, but no change.
I re-tried also the Hercules exe. In fact, it's the very same that is on the CD i have. The problem i have is after i double click to install, it begins to install. Then it asks me to turn off the computer and place the PCI card, and says the drivers install will continue after the reboot. But when i reboot, nothing is installing :(
I also forget to add it's for a dual boot computer with XP32 Home and XP64 Pro. Perhaps the problem comes from here?
The card is perfectly installed on the XP32 boot. But really doesn't want to on the XP64 boot.
I also have to add i wrote to the Hercules support to ask for a 64 driver for this card, they answered me that such a driver wasn't available for this card. So i'm really surprized you found a XP64 driver in the exe. Perhaps you saw the Vista 64 drivers?

Solo, yep i did try this exe. Where did you get it from?
I ask that because on the Hercules site, they don't say it's XP64 compatible, and i found the exact same files on another site where they said it was compatible.
I tried it and Windows didn't want those drivers :(
Kuroyume, thanks for the link, and i found several times this site has good infos :)

The Ralink drivers don't work too :(
I guess i have to change my card.
Kuroyume, how did you installed them manually?
I executed the exe, then i pointed to the drivers folder.

Thanks Solo761, i will look at it :)
Btw, how could i know what sort of chipset my actual pci card has?
I have Hercules HWGPCI-54.
Thread: V6 Infinite and Poser Pro 7 | Forum: Vue
It's probably due to the fact P7P writes relative path and no absolute path.
To avoid this problem, if i set up my scene with P7P, i resave it with P6.
I think svdl has made a script to change the way the path are written for a pz3, but i can't find it right now.

Thread: Output ambient occlusion map | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - Have you looked at Advanced Render Settings:
[ Shaderworks Advanced Render Setting
](http://www.runtimedna.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=3322&TopID=166848)- 1 main script for Poser 7
- 1 main script for Poser 7 Pro, with new features (gamma correction and HDRI output
- Color Render passes: Diffuse, Specular, Ambient, Color, Shadow, AO
- Special Render passes: Wireframe, Geometry, Displacement, Altitude, Z-Depth.
This script produces AO on the render, the OP wants AO as a texture map, following the UVmap of the obj. Exactly as Stonemason uses for his texturing, see his Hard Surface Textue Painting tutorial :)
Thread: Output ambient occlusion map | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You can do that using XNormal.
This app allows you to render a AO map from your obj (uvmapped). You only have to take that AO map and mix it with your texture in a paint program or directly in Poser with nodes if you want :)
I use it all the time to bake AO ^^
