Personally I have always avoided SecondLife. The client seems a bit too much intrusive, and I don't like the idea of "mixing" fake money and real money. Plus, the concept of "it's completely free, except for some small details" seems somehow confusing when you realize how many things are included into those small details. It seems too easy to lose the count of the REAL money you can spend in the game.
In my personal opinion there are a lot of online games with much clearer rules and boundaries.

Thread: V3 Emotions and V3 Facial Injections | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It happens to me too... a great way to lose hours of work, if you forget to save just before the injection. Now for my expressions I only move the dials manually, because with pre-built expressions I always am afraid to lose the facial features. Don't know why it happens!

Thread: Deformed background image | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks to all! I have discovered just this night that a background too big can crash Poser "silently"... having it locked on "Rendering image" window indefinitely without any movements for hours.
Oh, well, anyway I didn't like that image. :)

Thanks for the suggestions, Acadia. This particular background is a sky with clouds (it's an aerial image) so I think that lights should NOT have effects on it.
Actually I am thinking of the opposite... Learning how to use IBL so the sky could bring its light on the 3D elements.

Thanks for the suggestion!
Something like the "Armor of Elves" by solarisonline would be nice... too bad is for M3 and not for V3. I could anyway adjust it but it would be a lot of work... I will be ANYWAY forced to do a lot of work because I want to use Kielo body morph, but I would want to start at least from a V3 outfit...

Thread: Does anyone know anything about this Dinosaur model site? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I managed to visualize the Japanese text (maybe you did not choose the right encoding) and I looked at the site.
Last update is June, 2004, so actually the site seems a bit rusty. In the order page they say that the internet shopping is not yet available, but "they hope to reactivate it soon". Considering that they are saying this from 2004, I think that the service is quite dead. There are instructions for sending credit card orders using fax (0745-52-9223 but don't know if it's still active, if belongs to them or to their credit card company, how to reach it from foreign countries...)
The only email address there is on the pages is: infomax@po.sphere.ne.jp , maybe you can ask for some info (if it's still active).
Sorry but I cannot help you more!

Indoda, it's GREAT!
Do you know what? I had searched the Marketplace for "Hawaii", thinking that it would be sufficient, and I had found nothing. These two products instead only appear if I search for "Hawaiian"... seems that the Renderosity search engine does not know about "like" keyword or jolly characters... well, at least I have found two wonderful start points. Now I'll think about her super-suit....

Cool, it seems that now I know where to start!
Can I shoot two more questions while you are not yet angry at me for being too much noisy?
Can I use V3 Ultra Catsuit on morphed bodies, or does it conform only to "standard" Victoria? I have seen a lot of interesting body variations but I would like to adapt the suit to them (My goal is to create a superhero picture)
Speaking of superheroes, my character wears a full-face mask. In my novels, it is absolutely equal to the Spiderman mask (so nose and mouth do not appear too much), but with exposed eyes. DAZ mask has a different structure and the free Spidey masks at Animations do not have holes for the eyes. Do you know how could I solve this problem?
Thanks to all and I promise no more questions for... well, ten minutes at least! :blushing:

Thanks to all for the great welcome!
Esther: thank you a lot for the link: it seems a great start point. However, the readme file says that the product (morphs for body and face) is for Victoria 2, not 3. So, ladies and gentlemen, here there comes another Newbie Question (applauses): is there a backward compatibility between V2 and V3? Would it be an useful purchase (even with some adjustments) or a waste of money?
Thanks in advance,
Giorgio
