Here is my entry, created entirely in terragen. The primatives are cubes and cylinders which combine to create the castle. The only post production work that I did was to cut a door in the side of the castle with paintshopThread: Prizm Break's Still Life !!! | Forum: Contest Announcements
How about you put up the thumbnails now, so that people can see others are entering and not be afraid they're going to be the only one or something. but hold the full sized version till they're all in so that the judges and others get a chance to see them in full size all at once

my digi is a fuji DX-10 and it's decent but it doesn't zoom which is frustrating and trying to figure out exactly where to place it for macros is impossible. also the image on the preview screen is invisible when outside. i would NOT buy another fuji if i needed to replace it.

I wish the trees around here would turn when it got cold. Texas has 2 colors I think. Green (for a coupld months) and brown (the rest of the year). What kind of trees are they?

not too long after I got my lisence, my mom let me take her car to drive a girlfriend and myself to a movie. after I dropped my friend off and was backing out of her driveway, i snagged the front driverside wheelwell on a bit of a firehydrant that was sticking out from under a bush. now you couldn't see the thing and stupid me just kept trying to back up, couldn't figure out why i wasn't moving. finaly gave up, pulled forward a bit and backed up without snagging it again. when i got home, the dent was small (pulled the wheelwell forward a little bit and crumpled it slightly) but being 16 i paniced. walked into my moms room, woke her up, handed her the keys and said 'i wrecked the car'. She shot out of the bedroom, ran outside, saw what i'd done which was so much less than what she was worried about that the result was she didn't get mad at all :)

ah well, i have a suggestion for you doruksai :) dont look at the viewfinder. just point the camera in the general direction and shoot. amazing what you wind up with.

well...i was sitting at a red light that was about to change and stick the digi out the window. started to straighten it up in paintshop then decided I liked the slanted look. more visual interest than just boring flatness.

you're welcome :) One of the things I've started doing is creating greyscale bmp's in uf then using them for terrains in terragen. here's a link to the latest landscape that started life as a fractal.
