I sincerely hope that cooler heads can prevail. I have on occassion noticed that products promoted by PC club contain references needed to work from old productas that are no longer available, or in some cases they simply do not work at all. You know, opening a ticket is a bit of a time requirement so it all comes down to how much I spent and whether that's worth a refund. I've ran into the same thing here for that matter. Really, products that will no longer work with urrent figures/software should be purged, but there is a metric ton of old content, out there so I tend to not be so upset by it since the common senario, at least for me would involve freebies.

If one were seeking to completely obliterate all files relating to an old version of DS in order to give 4.9 the very best chance at working as planned out of the box, in addition to uninstalling DS 4.8, DIM and content manager, what else would one need to do.
I thought I had wiped out my old libraries but with the new install I just see all that content only broken.

Has anyone figured out how to uninstall from within the new interface. The Video Tutorial says it covers installing and uninstaller but after watching it twice I'm sure it only covers installing.

Wow! I think you've gotten some great feedback in this thread. I'd just add, whether it's fair or not, this marketplace is cut throat. While if I really like a character, with or without the skin included, $18.99 is not going to stand between me and having it. On the other hand there are similar sets out there which include a lot more bang for the buck. V4 + Genesis or Genesis 2 versions, included hair and poses, lights etc etc the list goes on. This has already been touched on but be as diverse as niche as you possible can be. Caucasian V4 characters are the most flooded category without question. Maybe find a way to branch out to ethnic characters or partner with someone to bring in a partner to add clothing or hair to include. All that, or and this is probably not going to appeal because of all your hard work, but i'll say it anyway. Lower your price to as low as you can possibly stand.

When the file is getting set to download I see bcs.s3.amazonnewsaws.com come up for a second. Does this indicate some sort of browser hijacker?
