Ibeen thinking about this and I wonder, are you exporting full body morphs? And are the hands actuall necessary to change for yur character? If not you may just want to exclude the when export the morph. I'm' not 100% sure that would work but its a shot

Sorry you feel the need to move to a new figure. We worked hard to get L'Homme to be a good stand alone figure but you just can't make it suport everything
His finger can be moved to grasp object and that pose can be saved without resorting to LeFemme morphs/poses that may not work with the rigging of the figure

Basically what is wrong is that since L'Homme was seperated from being a morph of the LaFemme figure some of the morphs (actually it may be MOST) made for LaFemme will not work. Mostly this is because a good number of weightmaps and joint bends had to be reworked in the individual figure, because the LeFemme joint information could not be proted to the individual L'Homme. This was really apparent in smaller areas like the fingers and toes. You can see the affect in your pictures above look at the positions of the bones.
Thread: Chain Control Python Script for Poser 12 by Ken1171_Designs | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
no activation or internet thatI can see, just install it like any other script on Poser. Yes, it is for Poser 12, as I don't work with Python I have no idea if the creator could write it for older version.Â

Hi Hornet3d,
I agree with all you have said, especially the fact that the total usefulness of these scripts will take some time to begin to emerge. I never even thought of using them for hoses how did you make the fixed ends? I was thinking of how this could be used for something like a power line between say a backpack and a weapon, or even an ammo run. This is the sort of thing I would like to see, discussion that would spark people the try the scripts and push their limits.
Thread: Thickener | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
@FVerbaas Yes as I said earlier I've started using zbrush to add thickness, but the idea of assigning the inner mesh as soft decoration never occurred to me. Thank you much

One of the biggest problems with creating "Hems" is that Poser rejects having 2 polygons connected to a common edge. Another problem I've run into ( and it might just be my limited knowledge) is that if you have self cloth collision turned on it can inflate the cloth. If there is an answer to this I would be happy to hear it.

@Primaage, tho I've used the Letterworks Nick since Renderosity opened, that wasn't me, sorry. I've just recently started experimenting with dynamics again after after flirting with it when it fist came out.

This would be a nice add-on depending or how much the additional polys affect the render time. One post work trick to static renders is the set your pose then export your clothing object. Use the extrude in just about any modelling program to add the thickness you want. then importing and render. It's not perfect but works ok ( even easier if you have ZBrush and use goz). Sometimes a bit of post work is needed. BTW as I mentioned above this DOUBLES the poly count and can really slow rendering in some cases.

If you are still having an issue send me you Skype, or Facebook messenger address via sitemail and I'll try and work the problem thru with you
Thread: Dependency Morphs of Conforming Clothing | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
first you need to create the dependency from the main figure, the rotation you wish it to work from, open the dependency window. Now select the clothing, the body part containing the morph or from the Body if it is a FullBody Morph. Personally I like to add a Master dial for all of my morphs in the Body Group, but that's your choice.at the top of the dependency popup is a dial the controls the rotation you want to attach the morph to, set this to zero. Make sure your morph is set to zero. Now select the teaching button, when the dependency is "learning" use the dial to rotate the Main Figure body group to the desired point. Find your morph dial and set it to ONE. Set the dial in the dependency window to zero THEN set the morph dial in your clothing to zero. Click on the teaching dial to shut off the dependency "learning". Check your morph by rotating the dial in the dependency. If all is good you can close the dependency window.
Thread: Still no updates yet, but a new splash screen appeared? | Forum: Poser 12
You know I wonder if there would be any complaints if that was a picture of Aiko (outdated as she is) instead of a stylized LeFemme Morph. Sheesh!
Thread: What If Blackhearted... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Well then the answer is somewhat obvious, Start Lobbying your favorite morph makers to just on the LaFemme/L'Homme market. Unfortunately don't be surprised if they don;t jump, They are in the business of making money, and while people tend to ask for a lot of different items, morphs clothing, in the forum, the sale of proiducts created in response is generally underwhelming. Sorry it's just the way it has always been, merchants make stuff for the figure(s) that bring them the most sales and orphan figures suffer without. (Kind of reminds me of drug companies and orphan illnesses, for exactly the same reason.) And complaining about the perceived faults when people go to the effort to try really doesn't help (not pointed at any one in this thread, just a general observation!)
