Is anyone able to get in? Site still says closed to me and someone posted a link to the RDNA forums about being open and all I'm getting is a plain white page with no error message or page can not be found, etc. 

I am sure this is on the list but I had to look up a few old items in the MP and read the read-me files attached. I kept getting the following error messages.

I did notice that the newer items the read-me's loaded up super fast. So I'm thinking it's just a matter of time before the older stuff is updated. But thought I'd pass this along just in case. 

Love the new page design. My only issue so far with the new layout is...

1. Is it possible to have 1 thumbnail size for the shop gallery? I like the larger thumbnail images. 

2. When looking at the different images for a product, I miss the auto close when I've reached the end of the images.

Thank you so much. My sanity has been saved for the day! I made the mistake of also hooking the map to the trans edge and the whole thing vanished. You put me on the right track, but I'll admit I had to load the dress and a texture and see how it was laid out. I was messing around with a different clothing item the dress came to mind when I posted my question. Thanks again!

I'll try what you suggest. I used the EZskin on this same texture in the beginning and it generated the same thing, I played with the bump map and decided to render a portrait to see how the noise worked out and that's when I noticed the mesh. So I started breaking down everything I had "added" to see what was causing the mesh peek through and it turns out to be the Noise feature I had added in PS. 

I am using Poserpro2012. Using Colm's IDL lights, same lights in both images. The only thing that was tinkered with was the bump map, all I did was add a 15% noise to it which resulted in the image on the right where the mesh shows through. If it were the lights, wouldn't the mesh show through either way? 

Not my set up, it's the merchants. I'm just trying to give the skin some defination, and rough it up a little bit, instead of having smooth marble like skin.

Don't have an email for him. The contact page is for Renderosity mail and he's not a recognized merchant or member anymore. What I posted was cached images of his stuff. He just produced some nice detailed stuff and I was checking to see if he's done anything new. I'll check the readmes and see if there is an email link in those. 

Ron has a Slime brush set at the other place that begins with a D and ends in a Z and they have some coloring actions as well for blood or clear or green. Might be able to use those for inspiration or assist you in your Drooling :) 

Good points made, thank you all for the suggestions, I'm working on it now, I have a 500g [not big by todays HDs] 3 year old HD and scan disk will take FORever to go through it...So will have to pick a weekend and let it go. Probably it will take a long time is because I haven't run scan disk on it...so I've been bad I guess... :(

I am always "housecleaning" and putting files into 'proper' file locations for easy use/find in Poser but these files, they can't be found but the readmes were still in place so I know I am not going crazy ;) Thanks again.

Thanks for posting. It is certainly a strange event. It is probably time for my rebuild on my system and a serious culling of Runtime items. :)

I just did another render and noticed that smooth polys was not checked, after another render everything filled in...so I guess that was the problem?

I remember last year a merchant put their stuff on a 1% sale to avoid people using the 50% coupon on their stuff. 

Maybe instead of a coupon why not something like the holiday daily sale, merchants have certain items "donated" to that sale at a decent deep discount, like the 50 or 60% off or something just for that day. or a BOGO out of a collection of stuff. Or have it like the grab bag for Halloween, a cyber monday bag with a random goodie...hehe a stocking grabber :)   Heh maybe on Christmas day, Rosity could have a stocking or present for us customers to open...just a thought...
