I would suggest only copying over the runtimes and not the rest of the installations. You will have to reload your runtimes beyond the defaults in PP2014, but it should clear out any remnants of Snarly's script that might still be in your preferences.Ah. I haven't installed a new version of Poser since I was a beta tester, at the tail end of the Smith Micro era. I have installed Poser Pro 2014 onto the newer device, but I do that with a fresh install, mainly to set things up in the registry, after which I overwrite everything by copying over my preexisting installation and runtimes. I am still on Windows 7, as well, with a device no longer allowed to touch the internet.

When you install newer versions of the program, for instance upgrading from an older version of Poser 13 to the current version, do you tell the installer to use the existing preferences. Is this something from preferences? I never thought to dig around in there. I have, in fact, been copying entire runtimes over from previous builds. While I know there is no copy of Snarly's subdivider installed anywhere in any runtime, the runtimes themselves can trace their lineage back to the days when I did once use that addon, and probably before.
In short when you install a new poser do you have to reconnect your runtimes, or is it all there already?

By any chance do you use existing preferences, or hand port over the preferences from previous builds?

In the program you will find a purchases tab with the library. Click on it, then click on included and download from there. It will install into a directory called included. It is also where you will find the default content that installs with Poser 13.

They likely used a morph brush, either in Poser or in some other program like Z-Brush.

The morphs are in the separate body and head morph packs. The skin color is under materials for LF2

If you use the same settings as your base layer and only add the new texture with those settings, it should match up. Well except maybe in Poser 11, it gets funky with layers at times. It can be done, but the layers' architecture needs to match the original base and not overwhelm it with unexpected effects like high specularity. I would need to play with the settings to determine how the nodes should be connected.
