Sale has been extended to March 31st on both Poser 9 and PP2012 according to the Smith Micro newsletter that I got on Friday.

Just tried and couldn't get registered either.  The captcha has the door firmly blocked, keeps telling me the letters are typed incorrectly and requesting a new image just resets the form so that you have to retype all the registration info, but the captcha image stays the same, will try another time.

Can't tell you how because I don't use DIM, but think there is a way to check within the app to find out where it installed the product.  Also mkae sure you had it set up to download and install the Poser files and not the Daz Studio files.

Is this figure specific, or will it work with any figure?

Don't know of any free ones, but Poser World has an Arm, their one month unlimited download is 9.99.  Might be worth considering if you don't find a free one.

If you've saved it as a material collection there shouldn't be any tedium, the texture should apply to the whole figure with one click.

Nah, you're not the LoneRanger, I've taken to using them with this latest version.  When I read that they were improving stability, I went looking at advantages and disadvantages as posted in the forums and realized that the majority of issues people were talking about actually seemed to refer to problems with the Daz third party figures losing morphs.  Since I wasn't using them to speak of anymore, it only made sense to try and save some space and speed things up.
