I'll second that request. I'd be happy to pay for a Mac version.

Shane, I know I'm late to the party, but just saw this tut and wanted to add my sincerest thanks as well. I've yet to test it out, but have it saved to my HD. You make it look fairly easy to follow, so hopefully even this relative n00b to PS can follow & figure it out.
Again - thanks so much for taking the time to make this for the rest of the class.

Although I respect your choice, 'Bro, I'm glad I took a quick perusal this morning when I noticed you asking this question. I didn't get a chance to see everything, but did enjoy what I saw. :-]

Crikey, Tom. The things you put those poor cats through.
I'm amazed they haven't yet turned into some weird Stephen King type reanimated monsters.
Or perhaps......they have. =:-O

Yep. Good 'ole Mikey even tried to winge outta bein' a Vue mod once upon a time. Check out page 2. Ya gotta love Kate & her Porta-Cano 2000's.....angelic grin.

Don't mind if I take you up on that do you, Mike? ;-]
Yanno, I kinda feel like I missed out on some type of R'osity initiation thingy by not getting to experience the VT or the C&D forums. From all I've heard and read, a very inneresting time was had by many who frequented those now long lost bastions of conversation and discourse. It sounds like it got hotter than Hades now & then, but what a way to better discover just who you're hanging out with when surfing by these here parts.

Indeed. Especially for those of us who weren't around back then.
Thanks for the bump, 'Bro. ;-]

Thread: Mac Power PC Vue 6 Poser Import Problems | Forum: Vue
Can anyone share the link regarding this problem at C3D? I'm currently overloaded with work so haven't had much time to peruse all the threads. I did a quick look over there but didn't see it.
My specs are similar to Greg's above:
Dual PPC G5 2.5 GHz
3.5 gigs of RAM
Since I don't even know how to use my V6I yet, I can't test this out until I have more time to both learn the program a bit and then import a figure from P6. I'd like to bookmark these threads for future reference.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can post the link.

Normally I would agree (I got the same deal), but since I received the V6I update for free and wasn't even expecting any voucher - I was both suprised & stoked to get a bit more. ;-]

I know what you mean fixer, about the funds. I believe I should have $65 avail in vouchers. Unfortunately, many things on my wish list do not honor vouchers. Hopefully, I can use them towards SkinVue 6. ;-]

Thread: Has e-on started send people the links to the real v6 extras cd? | Forum: Vue
Peggy, I just read on e-on's forums that some are having success by contacting a sales rep. You'll see the link at the bottom left of each thread's forum page (right below "contact a technician").
Maybe this will help you as well?

Thread: Eco System Material don't locate objects correct | Forum: Vue
Thanks for the replies, wabe & fixer.
After all I went through to get V6I downloaded and installed plus being scared to death it will count as my second install or something the nodelocked license controls.......I'm terrified to mess with it and reinstall.
Why does this has to be so difficult?
Why can't the folders that ended up in my documents folder be in the applications folder where IMO, they belong as the default install location?
Gad, I'm so confused and honestly don't know what to do now.
