hmmmm. after a little search it appears that the socket.io website is down and has been for quite a while so no api reference. So I went to socket.io github:
https://github.com/socketio/socket.io/issues/2883
and there others have reported the same problem so in place of cdn.sock.io-1.3.4.js
there suggested to use https://cdnjs.com/libraries/socket.io/
for the libraries and specifically for 1.3.4: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/socket.io/1.3.4/socket.io.js

Of course now it makes me wonder if the problem is on the server causing timeout (socket io actually running in node.js)?

the problem appears to be socket.io javascript loading from cdn.socket.io here is a screenshot showing it tok 32.49 seconds to load renderosity.com you see in the list it took 29.68 seconds to load socket.io -11.3.4.js
so I did a traceroute to cdn.socket.io here:
and taking forever to connect cloudfront which is an amazon service. So the problem appears to be still with amazon. I don't know if it is socket io not being able to connect or the node not respoding. Anyway that is as far as I got. After your connected everything seems to load ok.

Is there a way to turn off the edge lines in toon pro on some geometry. I remember one problem I had in poser 10 before the new edge lines in 11 is that their toon render would draw lines around geometry that was invisible or transmapped like eyebrows which looked really bad.

@kixum Yes I think I need toon pro. I did no particularly like the built in toon shader. I like the shader I created but really want to combine it with the edge lines. Toon Pro seems to be very good at that. I do like your render. I want to see how toon pro works with characters. Also I am working a shader that combines the toon effect with a texture map As I use hand drawn textures to create aging lines and embarassment lines etc.

@dudu.car I am doing it this way because I want a cell shaded effect. If you use actual light for shadow you wi get an image that looks 3d not 2d. Also this gives me precise control on how the renders come out.
@Xerses0002 I am going to buy Toon pro soon. Unfortunatly I cannot use YA Toon because it is for PC only and I have a mac.

I would definitely recommend the update as it is one that I have not questioned. Esp. if it is on sale.
It has an entire new pbr render engine (don't wory firefly is still there) based on cycles. I had to plug it even though I have never used it and don't think I ever will as I do NPR rendering.
The really big thing for me and I do not see many others mention is the improved comic book rendering and Geometric line edge. I believe they collaborated with artist Brian Haberlin to bring these improvements which is really impressive. For this type of art poser 11 is hands down the best tool to use and creates the best line art. And it is fun.
I admittedly do not use any of the stock content. Except maybe for a background character once in a while.
...now if they were to improve the already good animation tools....hint ...hint

Your welcome. I heve not been able to figure out how to change the default on opening. I tried looking in the preferred state xml and the poser preferences file but I could not find a way to change Poser Editing tools default opening from translate/pull tool to select tool. It is a little quirk. Would be nice to be able to change if anyone else knows how.

The ability to have multiple graph lines on one graph. So I do not have to open a million window to animate one characters body part like this: but more like this:
Also possibly bezier handles on keyframe points. Also being able to have a camera follow a path, and objects too.
