I am a vet. I served in Iraq in 2003. At the time I was over there I was one of the youngest females serving over there. Now I'm 36 and disabled because of the war but if it wasn't for the war I never would have found digital art and the world of 3D. I was sitting at home bored all the time and notice a lot of beautiful art on the web so I did the research and started teaching myself. Art has helped me mentally with the disabilities that I have.

The holiday means a lot to me but there is not a lot of 'celebration' to it like many other holidays.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.5 tablet (latest model) and I use Photoshop, Autodesk Sketchbook, Corel Painter, and several other art apps for while I'm traveling back and fourth between the VA for therapy and home. I can work on texturing and or documents using (non-microsoft word apps that save in word formats). The GPS on it is great and the screen responds amazingly. The screen is very vibrant and the sound is awesome (I'm half deaf due being around a lot of rifle fire in Iraq). I can actually hear apps sound effects and music without having to turn the volume all the way up. I know this doesn't answer any of your questions but I did want you to know there are tons of options out there for you to look at.

This is a Poser forum and it's meant to discuss how to's. why's, ideas, tips and etc for Poser users or those who want to learn Poser. I understand you think other programs can do great things and you're excited about it (which is great) but posting in this forum in such a manner isn't following Poser forum rules. I'm locking this thread until my higher-ups can tell me what to do next.
