Hi Rob, no it hasn't worked... the strange thing is , if i go to Cartoon Settings, these settings are in grey, and i cannot choose any of them (but the default is the one you told me to click, three tones).

I'm pretty sure this problem heappened once ti touched some display setting, but i don't know if it's a choice that i wrongly made or a bug now...

I'll give it a shot.

Try this. Top Menu. Go to Display. Go to Document Style. Set to Texture shaded. Go to Object Style. Set to Figure Style. Finally Go back to Display and down to the Cartoon Settings. Set it for three tones. That should get you should back on track. Let us know if that worked or what you are trying to accomplish and we'll help you as we can.

Hi to all, i don't want to open another thread, since i think it's always something related to the library of Poser 11 and since i'm still new with this version of the software: My new problem is:

• on Poser pro 2010 (my previous version of the software), if for example i was searching "M4" on the library, with the filter "poses", my resuslts were a mix of poses and folders with inside poses. Scrolling down with my keyboard arrow, the moment i were over a folder, it automatically opened and showed me its contents. Now in Poser 11 it seems that the moment i'm over a folder, nothing happen and it pass to what is next, if i want to see what there is in that folder i need to click on it and open in the other section of the library. It is normal? i mean, it's not a big problem, but it seems less immediate than the older version, it's not?

since i'm starting to work with this, did you all have some suggestions to optimize the software? i mean, i have not a great PC, so if there are some ways to not work too much slowly let me know. Thank you!

Thank you! with the last update i solved this thing. Since i passed from Poser Pro 2010 to Poser 11, i found that now the Library is only inside the software, not external as it was in PP2010, and in the options there is not the chance to do it, it is so?

Hey Wimvdb, i've followed your suggestion and leaved the indexing working, after 45 minutes about it has finished, but the results are still 20, i don't know why! I have also attached a photo to show how, after a "m4" research,in the library of poser pro 2010 there are tens of results, and in Poser 11 just 20.!

Hey Estherau, i'v bought the Shaderworks Library Manager and i've put it in the runtime folder as they suggest on the PDF, but then how can i open the new library? there is not any kind of executable to click on..

Hi Nancy, thank you for the tips about how to menage the libraries! In the mneantime, doing various tests, i have found the REAL problem of my library:

Basically it doesn't read the names of the folders. For example, if i want to see the combat poses, inside the foler "combat", and in the field i search for "combat", nothing appear. But if inside that combat folder there is a file named 001, and if i search "001", i find it.

I were used that if on my PC i was searching for a combat pose, to search for the folder name, not for the file name, which i think it's pretty normal (if you search for 001 there will be hunderds of results). Now, i don't know why on Mac, my library is not able to read the folders, where the files are.

If i search for "M4" he will find the objects, poses, etc. that have M4 in the file name, but not the folders that contains M4 files, even if that folders are M4 labeled.
