I spend at 50% of my time in China and the other 50% in Reno Nevada.

Once you are in China you are behind the Great Firewall of China and any site that uses any of the google tools, like Rendo does or amazonaws,com for images and content downloads you can try to load a page and then the product details images and take a nap while you wait for it to finish loading a single image. You can use various VPN services to try to get around or stay ahead of the blocking issues and even then Rendo is still slower then slow compared to say RDNA, CP or even Daz..

What exactly are you needing help with in China?

For at least a prop like an earring. Able to grab the orgin with the various translation tools, and not have the prop move, just the origin and be able to also change the rotational origin so like an ear lobe that is not on the X,Y,X axis but slightly angled, I can change the axis of the prop to be parallel to the characters head so if they lean forward I can easily change the X rotation of my prop (in this example earring) to bend with the head and not bend in or out at the same time like what happens if I can not change the orign point rotational point (easily)!

Thread challenge....Load any character V4 or before into Poser. Change display style in the drop down to outline and print. That is if you know what a printer is or might actually own one. Now here comes the actual thread challenge....get out your big box of 64 (or was that 128) crayola crayons...has to be the big box with the crayon sharpener in the front panel of the box. Now start coloring. The challenge is to see if you can stay within the lines. No assistance using Children under the age of 8 allowed.

Just what the market needs more sub-division of content. The poor vendors have to be running for the hills and screaming at the top of their lungs in pain.

Already exists. Well "Make Art" anyway. Under scripts hit Wardrobe Wizard. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and still waiting for Phil C to "Make" a male character named "Art" as in "I made Art!" now shut up

 I contacted customer support over 2 weeks ago and was told they would get back to me. Sent a reminder a week later or week ago that I have not heard anything.

Vitters all I am getting is persistent silence.

Been using a Mac since the Mac Plus, now have a black trash can Mac Pro model at home and a 2012 Mac Book Pro to run poser on when I travel that both have emulators to run anything I need in windows. Yeah the MBP can get hot rendering out a huge scene with the settings cranked up. And yes I do from time to time create content for personal use and have no issues doing so on either machine. Back in the Poser 6-7 days there where issues, but that has all changed as the tech has vastly imporved. Windoze are for looking through. Plus I stay away from products that are made be any company named after their male short comings.

Of course you could always wait until Poser runs on your watch before making the switch! :)

Nerd, congrats. Hope before you start you can take a little time off and maybe go spend a day or 2 enjoying a "Tropical Cove", then spend another day or 2 watching the "Waves On The Beach". But whatever you do, don't work so hard you end up in "Boot Hill" before your time! .

To the question am I worried or concerned about posting the material room nodes of a commercial product, the answer is yes or I would not have created the thread in the first place.

The link provided to the discussion by BB, the node layout in the purchased product is slightly different (a touch more complex) then what BB explains and shows, But using BB's valuable data  and the idiot that I am, can now screw it up my renders even more then I have in the past :)

True it might already be in the public domain.

What the lights appear to (my guess) is calculating the distance to nearby objects and prevent Point light blow out if close to say a ceiling, yet lighting the room below. Again that ias a wild ass guess on my part

    I've finally had a chance to use this EZMAT tool and I just wanted to say you have done a wonderful thing.  Between BB's procedural shaders and your tool you have allowed me to turn out some very nice renders.  If they ever come up with a Nobel category for 3D rendering I'm nominating you. 

Add an Academy Award, Golden Globe, Grammy, shoot while were at Snarly should be inducted into the Baseball Hall of fame too!

I know you are working on them Sam, but with the world talking Robots and AI, etc, we need lots of Daleks so we can terrorize V4 and M4 in our renders. Can' wait to see what you have in the hopper. Have to make a Dalek driven car  and a Dalek operated drone :)
