I guess first question would be do you have any body parts selected when you do this? And what version of Poser or D/S are you using?

I would like to know if their response time for customer service improves when you pay to use their site. I have sent them questions via the Contact Us Form, and it has taken from 2 to 6 weeks to receive a response. Needless to say, that does little in my mind to promote the site. In addition I feel their responses have a tone of rebuking no matter what the initial question was. Yes, I have sent several enquiries via the contact form, no I have not purchased a passport.

I could be very much mistaken, but I believe Phil indicates the clothing created would not be suitable for resale. It should say on his website however, or a quick email to him for clarification via his website.

at the least make it searchable by the rendo number. I just picked up a free hair fit for some Arly's Hair RMP43856, and have no way of finding the darn hair to see if it is something I might like to have. The search as it functions now is a complete waste of time. Have YOU ever tried browsing thru the pages and pages of hair?!

This is a wonderful set! Much more 'modern' in it's look, the first I have ever seen like that. You have the perfect outfit here! Are you going to be wonderfully kind and put it on sale when it releases? That would be the icing on the cake for me!

good luck on getting them to respond, the norm I have seen is 4 to 6 weeks response time. By the time they responded I forgot the question.
