This is a simple texture for a simple character. Some people have expressed interest in the Mannequin. He has even been made a mascot "for another web site." If you find no use for it, then don't use it. I give for the sake of giving. "Giving back to the community," etc. This figure, with his new texture, can be fun. Some fun characters are simple characters, such as the ones in this render.

Thanks for trying to help, but have you loaded the newsroom yourself? there is no selection for the newsroom desk. Here are the only selections to make on the prop. By the way I'll deal with Jill later. Marlin has already been dropped to the floor, and the newsdesk is still smaller than it was.

Maybe I'm daft, or incompetent. I tried scaling the newsroon to 103% and 105%. I am focusing on the newsdesk in front of Marlin. The newsdesk actually seems to get smaller as I increase the scale of the newsroom! I checked, and there is no separate selection for the desk. Now what?

I've had Poser since version 1 in 1996, and I've followed this situation as much as possible. I've been very impressed with kupa, and anyone from Curious Labs who's taken the time to post here, and talk to us. Kupa did a wonderful thing by showing a preview of Poser 5. This is Curious Lab's chance to show us a superb product, designed from scratch. CL has been doing the best they can with what they have. Someone has to pay the bills and wages to employees. CL needs to keep in business so we can continue to enjoy Poser. Now I just hope I can afford the upgrade price.

Ironbear, your stuff looks absolutely fabulous. You're very kind to provide those freebies. Yes, my blanks do include facial morphs. But they are only Mike 1 & Vicky 1 facial morphs. And I only included morphs for facial expressions. You can't make their faces into cat faces, etc. I did this for several reasons. I don't want to distribute any Mike 2 or Vicky 2 morphs for obvious copyright concerns. I didn't want to scroll through all the extra stuff when I want Mike or Vicky to smile. I may release some new blanks featuring all the Mike 2 and Vicky 2 face morphs (no body morphs). If I do that, I'll encode the blanks so you must prove you have Mike 2 & Vicky 2 before you can use them. Right now it's "Housepainting Time," and I'm not spending so much time on the computer.

Usually it is best to stick with 3-letter file extensions: jpg instead of jpeg, etc.

Now that I've uploaded mine, I noticed that Runtime DNA's ironbear has posted empty cr2's for what appears to be all the major Poser figures. You might want to download the runtime stuff. I don't go there every day, or I would have noticed. I'm frankly surprised it took this long for anyone to offer these empty cr2's.
