Ok, thanks. I found the pmd file but what do I do with it?
How do I get it to apply to the character I have brought into poser 6?

I'll find out about that but in the meantime, what would that file extension be? Does it create a separate folder? And finally, where would it be located in relation to the saved .pz3 file?

Well, low and behold, that was it!
I went through the material editor and assigned a simple layer
and popped in the map it was missing, which is strange to me
because it came up so easily you would think that Vue could have made the
extra step to find them.
Anyway, thanks a lot guys. He looks a lot cleaner now.
Your help is much appreciated.

To answer your question, Frank T, yes I had external morphs turned off.
