Illustrator CS2 has a great tool called Live Trace that would do this type of effect. I think CS has it as well. Here's that photo live traced with 64 colors. It vectorizes bitmaps and converts them to vectors with fills.

Seems like RDNA has a couple interesting ones in their free stuff. I know they had a better decent pack with tanks. I seem to remember a couple of helmets as well...

YOu should be aable to do that AS. I've ran two copies of Bryce on my dual core machine fine and they both rendered good at the same time. HAdn't tried it with lightning yet though.

Nice. I've been wanting to use this damn rock stack for a while. But I had trouble when he first released it into the freebies. Wouldn't import right for some reason. Pretty neat rock stack I think.

Myself, I love dual monitors. SO nice to have docs open on one and your app in the other. I'd highly recommend a AMD 64 X2 CPU. THey have several favors depending on how much you want to spend. But the render power you get out of them on multithreaded apps and video stuff it awesome.

It's a very good movie actually. Even though some of the composite work is rather odd. Some looks real good others don't. Movie has a very interesting look though and it's a good view.
