Thanks! so i think that was it, I still had all the files installed. The problem is I can't figure out how to start the script. Can't seem to find it in my scripts or on the python buttons.
EDIT: ok so apparently Poser 11 turns its nose up to lots of scripts lol, HALF the items in my ScriptsMenu folder don't show up in the list when Poser is running, fortunately you can use the manual button to browse to the Outfitter.py itself and run it manually. I will have to do this every time I start Poser, but I made a shortcut and it's not too bad.

Wow that makes it sound like it doesn't work out of the box. I'm sure I could get into dazzling renders if I did a lot of work on materials but my games work is high quantities of renders with heavy photoshop rather than a handful of perfect ones.
I do appreciate the tips though sounds like I underestimated the learning curve.

searched my HD and can't locate victoria 4.dsf. i'm not exactly sure which content is supposed to install it. i listed all the .dsf files on my PC and i have victoria 5, but nothing for victoria 4.

Ok so i shut down the mini-preview window that helped a lot, also turned on GPU for rendering that helped as well. there may be other tweaks i can do- still very new at this but that's a start!
