Rance01, I'm not sure what you're confused about exactly...
The Tran and Scale dials are hidden. You have to use a script to un-hide them. Once you've done that, you'll be able to use the Tran dials, but the Scale dials still cannot be used. They're broken.
At first it seemed this was a "mistake" that had slipped through the testing process, and even after someone sent in a ticket about it, DAZ couldn't be bothered to fix it. But now it looks like it was done intentionally.

Well, I had thought that it was just a sloppy mistake that DAZ couldn't be bothered to fix, but now I know I won't be buying hair from SWAM and Bobbie25 in the future. And if DAZ is going to allow that kind of thing, I'm going to steer clear of buying any hair products from them, period.

I've sent an email asking them to check if it was uploaded. Will wait to see what they say, but I suspect it didn't go through. If it didn't, I'll try those other programs, etc.

Well, I renamed the file and started all over again. At 7% of the upload, I got the message again that the target file already exists. sigh
Looking up at the top though, it says...
Status: file transfer sucessful
And at the bottom it says...
Successful transfers (1)
But that can't be right, can it? It's a 30MB file. There's no way it could have uploaded in less than 2 minutes, right?

Acadia, I'm still getting the same message. I reconnected, selected the zip file and chose to "Overwrite". The upload started, but when it got to about 9% that message popped up again. It's like I'm stuck in some endless loop.
Will try renaming the file, but I don't know if it's going to work. I have a feeling something's wrong....

I'm totally confused....there's no way they could already have a file with this name, so...??? Did I somehow select this file to upload to my own computer, or something like that?

Okay, I've browsed to the folder that contains the zip file I want to send, but it's not showing up in the list. Can you not send zip files via FTP?

Quote - Just for info/completeness (as I suspect you'll be happier with a GUI client), Windows does have a command line FTP client which you can run by typing ftp either into the "Run..." box or at the command prompt.
