Thread: Would anyone have good Front and Profile Images for Face Room Practice? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yes xantor...thankyou...here is the reference from the website that describes it... "A place to keep post production materials for use of reference, an inactive job file. This morgue file contains free high resolution digital stock photography for either corporate or public use. The term "morgue file" is popular in the newspaper business to describe the file that holds past issues flats. Although the term has been used by illustrators, comic book artist, designers and teachers as well. The purpose of this site is to provide free image reference material for use in all creative pursuits. This is the world wide web's morguefile."

Thread: AHA! Some light on why POSER is NOT well received in other 3D areas. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
is to take what is in the imagination and make it have substance...to allow one to generate a picture that would otherwise remain hidden in ones mind...allows one to share what they think might be something worth looking at...to share beauty or ugliness...happiness or sadness...to capture a moment in time and present it as you see it...no matter what the format...photography...paint on canvas...digital...pencil to paper...chalk or charcoal...it is to present what is in your own imagination...the program or whatever method used allows one to speak...to have a voice...with your own voice...your own mind...your own thoughts and dreams...and that is not something anyone can take away...no matter their comments positive or negative...it is still yours...because it came from your mind and your soul...it is irrelevant as to how that picture or statue or photo came to be...fact is it is there to be enjoyed or hated whatever the case may be...IMVHO quietly creeps back to her lurking position JP
Thread: Gallery Comments and Rankings... Honesty or Fluff? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I would love some criticism...it is the only way imho that one can improve on what they are doing...hints and suggestions are always welcome from someone who sees something not quite right and tells you what it is and how to fix it up...not a great comparison however will use it anyway...like chess...you always play someone better than yourself so one day you can surpass even them.
