Thanks to all who sent me Instant Messages with their opinions........and of course, to you...posting here! Zbrush is not very user friendly. I'm using photoshop with plugins for making textures. But its not free, paintshop pro are cheaper. When you are making bumps for ground texture never use white for higher bumps, it doesn't looks good. just using greyscales. And then use the parameters in Vue for altering the bump heights. I don't have Vue installed for the moment so I can't tell exact. how but experimenting is the best way to learn Vue. Anyway here is a link to free textures http://www.deezin.com/textures.html

Aha, thanks "Deadhead". -I saw the 3ds icon but there were a fish on it so I never clicked (have to be more click intense). Planstudio just landed on my desktop Gebe! -So next question is: If I'm using mat. there will be no veins etc on the leafs, right? Must/can I uv-map DXF files, to make it look right?
Thread: Decisions, decisions... | Forum: Vue
It is very easy to change the look of vegetation in vue, scan a leaf and then use it instead of the original. I have used a lot of 3d landscape progs and I must say -I love this one.

Thread: Poser figure texture question | Forum: Vue
Be sure you have updated vue, and like Jaqui said, first save your poser figure as pz3 then import the pz3 file into vue.

Bryce5 or Vue4.06. Take Vue, its easier to use and if you are using Poser, the answer is a big VUE! Just save your poser work as pz3 and then import to Vue, thats it!
