If you do it as a true alpha png, no. Poser doesn't like them.
You have to make the background of your cut outs black, for the transparency map.

Well firstly, you need to increase the pixel samples on the render as 13 uses a different Superfly renderer version. That will help some.

You don't have to change the subdivision, just change the skinning method to Poser Unimesh, and the lines should vanish.

Snarly's EZSkin... 2 I think it is, works in Poser 12 and 13 to get you a good starting point.

Did you make sure to tell it to use a transparent background in the render settings, it's needed for Superfly especially. I've saved several png files with transparent backgrounds in Poser 13.
