When I saw this was put on by Alias I thought,"Hmmm...they are probably all fake, Maya can do some really amazing things." Turns out only half of them are fake. The question is: which ones? They all look so convincing!

Don't you think it odd that a company that makes cameras would have such bad pictures on the website? The first 3 look good but the sample pictures look horrible! I'm sure they look a lot better in real life. What really cracks me up is when you click on the picture to get a larger version and it is barely larger. And when you put an asterisk after a claim, don't you have to explain the asterisk somewhere?

Vipers are pretty cool, except I had a bad experience with a jerk that was driving too fast in his and rearended my ex's friend who then rearended her. He asked if everybody was all right once and never apologized.

For those wondering why there are two modes: I was playing with the Canon 75-300 IS and when I moved to focus on something else there was a lag before the lens figured out the movement was deliberate. It was really strange moving the lens on purpose and the image not moving for a second.

Looks awesome! I would crop out the bright concrete in the bottom leaving the upper half or so of the lip in view. That way you can still get a sense of how high he is. Other than that, it looks really good!

I have read that a UV filter cuts down on haze and a skylight 1A slightly warms the picture in addtion to cutting haze.

I would like to add that many Canon SLRs have an "AI Autofocus" that acts as a hybrid of continous and single frame autofocus by determining if the subject is moving and refocusing accordingly. Take a cat, for example. If the cat is lying still the autofocus will focus once. If the cat gets up and moves it will continously refocus to keep the cat in focus, but when the cat stops moving so does the autofocus. And this only occurs while the shutter is held halfway down. Edit to add: Nice picture, even if it is a little soft.
