In Poser Pro 2012 I have tried this with the node for spots (under 3D textures) but haven't got it right yet.

I've been using Poser File Editor, which I like. But, as you say, we could use something a little more updated.

I have CS6 extended and the 3D functions make painting a texture much easier. It takes time to master the process, but it paints across seams really well.

This is a site for artists and artists have known the rules of color compliments and contrast since before we even had electricity. I just wish the people redesigning this site would go back and check them out.

You have to also keep in mind that what people are looking at here are computer screens. It is a light shining in your face with images imbedded in the light. These overly bright backgrounds are like having a spotlight in your face.

Don't like it. It is way too bright and that makes it hard to see. This takes away front what should be the primary focus, that artwork and the thumbs for products. The background should work as a background. What I mean by this is that it should not be the brightest part of the page. The person viewing the page should never even notice the background.

There is a lot of great information up there, but you have to remember that Sanctum's horde werewolf is very complex and does take a lot of ram. I ran this quick test and it took almost two gig of ram for PP2012 to run the render. I was using 3.5 gig before the render started and the render took it up to almost 5.5 gig.

All I can remember is that it was TransPond back then. I don't know where or what they are now. In my old Poser 4 runtime the props are under "TPN Whitechapple".
