This pic is from some artist at Cgnetworks.com ( u can see his name at the bottom). As I can remember he mentioned that this has been made with 3dMax,After effects & Vray.But cant this effect be reproduced in ....... ok with at least some post effects with PS ??

This pic is from some artist at Cgnetworks.com ( u can see his name at the bottom). As I can remember he mentioned that this has been made with 3dMax,After effects & Vray.But cant this effect be reproduced in Bryce ....... ok with at least some post effects with PS ??

Good Rayraz , sounds good but I cd proceed upto 'UVWunwrap the resulting helix to get a cylindrical map of the mesh' . BUt can you please help me by detailing me a bit of the rest of the process as I have never sone those earlier . I am attaching a pic for the the last step I cd proceed upto !! Thanks......

Ok ? But where is the Bryce material for Lightning ?? I understand its in the Freestuff are but in which site ?? I have already surched Renderosity.com.Its not there.Can you give me at least the name of the site ....

Anyone with any better idea.Feel free to extend the same....

Ok Here I am . I think Wiseman posted a reply here, but I cant see it anyomre . Anyways I imported a baby head from Poser 5 as Obj into bryce. I then ungrouped it and while I made the face positive and eyes negative. I applied a cloud volumetric material and after lots of pain of rendering here what I got . I also did some postwork at PS7 with the main image as transparency map with lots of highstrength Smudging , as Grylin suggested . : )

BUt as you see I also have a shadow with it . Anyone knows how to get rid of the shadow ?? also pls anyone have any better idea of this whole process. Agentsmith told he wd mail on his comments !! Grylin , if this is ok ............ truely U r the only inspiration I had !! Believe me ....... let me know. ..................... Super Brycians pls let us know of your views of making this faced cloud from the pic...........
