Beautiful! I prefer morph targets and face files as well. Wouldn't mind seeing some hair textures too. Great variation here. Anvil.

We are all dumb, deaf and blind too, but that is another story. UV Mapper is the bomb. Thanx Steve. Just keep trying Deal. I'm just getting into it too, and see mucho potential for all sorts of things.

Nice to see this stuff being used. Saw a lot of freebies and downloads that maybe should be mentioned if this is commercial. Fairly good to really good artwork. Poor writing in my opinion.
Thread: 5.0, 5.0, 5.0, 5.0, 5.0, 5.0...????...WHY? | Forum: Bryce
There has been so much talk about this, I have all but given up on a solution. I normally try to be honest under this system. 1=Poop "I've never given this one out" 2=Has some redeeming value in my opinion, work on it, here's your mistakes(SEE COMMENTS) "Think I gave this once to a newbie who had a long ways to go." 3=It's allright 4=Good to great(SEE COMMENTS) 5=Awesome or True to the subject matter or I forgot to change the value and your stuck you with a 5. I normally close the new window that pops up cus I got things to do, places to go... I asked for brutal honesty in a forum once. Got alot of 5's still, but I think I deserved many of them. I think the bottom line is, this is not a competition. If you want a particular type of comment or rating, you have to ask for it in your caption. Otherwise is all just willy-nilly nonsense. Anvil.
Thread: Alright everyone! My cheeseworks animation is complete! | Forum: Bryce
I am running Internet Explorer4.x something and it killed my computer. I saw it a few times then went to comment when everything went goodbye. ctl-alt-dlt to restart. It was cool though, very smooth.

I was kidding. Not about being from Wisconsin. It's actually made in great cylindrical vats. It smells. Maybe this is how some places package it. Mostly the good cheese is wrapped by people. Underpaid older housewives.

The Bryce pic in terrain editor will lose some detail. But this is a good idea. I will try for sure. Sounds like it might work better on components of model. The ship looks as though it has an unnatural drag in the rear to me. I would start there and move to the wings idea. If your gonna have guns, I would place them more strategically. Good luck.

Here is an example of a L-System generated tree in Bryce. http://www.internettrash.com/users/anvilhead/g8.html Could have done a much better job with this of course. Just wanted to show what it can do. You can affect the formulas by changing numbers here and there and generate something different and original quite easily. This is a default file that comes with. A fairly large one. There are many different shapes, types and sizes. It is freeware. I opened the formula, told it to go, exported as dxf model, imported into Bryce, smoothed,(time consuming),ungrouped the two objects, textured them, (all 60,000+ polygons worth) then rendered. About 12 minutes@ 800x600. Hope I haven't strayed to far from the topic. I still vote Bryce.

Here. http://www.thinkpiece.com/thinkpieceDT1.asp?iNode=19&pageMode=displayNode never had a problem with this. Sometimes it will ask you if you really want to generate such a large model. I've never had it say I can't. Have fun.

I have hundreds. Almost a gig. Does it do them all at once, or do you have to rifle through them? Thanks, Anvil.

Thread: Have you seen this?(Poser charecter animation in bryce) | Forum: Bryce
If the meshes didn't break I would try it at least. It looks like they will. Otherwise you can fake it sans proper shadowing in Poser which imports avi's. I've almost gotten it a couple of times with a moving camera Bryce animation as background to walking in place Poser dude. Good luck.
