My oldest gallery post is Sun, May 21, 2000 1:27 pm and I know I deleted older pictures. So 12 years at least
That has seriously pole axed me, I can remember doing some of these old images.

Ah thank you. So if I look at the scaling I am only seeing XYZ scale as per normal, there doesn't appear to be the option for individual axis on the body part (say 'left thigh'). Do I need to 'toggle it on' somewhere?

Being naive here with SR3 (downloading now), but in layman's terms what is the difference of this scaling?  I haven't seen an explanation of what it is, it's clearly tantalising but I'm going to play and don't want to pull my hear out trying to work out the basics. The poser reference manual on the website doesn't seem to 'mention it' anywhere. I'm guessing it's a fix for scaling so it now 'works'.
Not sure if I'm making sense or wibbling. Whatever wibbling is...

Thread: Vue 10 configuration for Poser Import | Forum: Vue
I think I crakced it last night.
It seems to be video card related, or at least, screen drawing. If I turn backgroudn drwaing off, and limit polygon count ot 500000 in the settings, it seems to behave it self a lot more.
But thank you for the input guys/girls, very nice to get feedback.
Thread: Can the Daz Studio figure be imported into Poser as a poseable figure? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Daz are making a very aggresive play for the Poser market, it's been coming for years, there's history between Daz and Poser from previous companies that owned Poser. By making Genesis Daz3D software only, and the majority of the content creation is done for Daz figures, they're effectively pushing Poser aside.
Point of fact, look at Miki, Miki2, Miki3 and the other smith micro figures and compare quality and quantity of accessories and it's a small handful.
If Smith Micro want to keep Poser relevent for future figures they'd have to license the Daz products to work in Poser IF Daz would let them, this is the opposite of what happened with the face room in Poser which E Frontier tried to get licensing fees out of Daz to make them compatiable (from my understanding). This is why Daz started DazStudio to create something they could migrate their content onto.
With Daz in control of software AND content, they can set prices and conditions to their own requirements. Poser will die a fast death if content for SM figures doesn't materialise or if Daz figures no longer function in it.
My two pennies worth on the subject.
Thread: Render 'stops' on screen, but continues to render, but image is unavailable | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Please ignore, I found a very good post elsewhere in the forum which gave a few tips, so hopefully it's sorted.
If anybody else is having problems, try switching poser from 'seperate process' rendering, seems to do the trick

You are not missing anything, traditionally child and male figures have little support in comparison to female figures.
EF figures of any type (male, female, child) are also generally under-represented due to Daz3D's general dominance in the figure market.
Also, few people will go out of their way to support child figures due to the questionable issues related to some 3d art featuring children.
I wouldn't hold your breath for anything.

I have submitted a tech support ticket over at e-onsoftware to try and find out what the problem is.
Best wishes

No I have only been using the downloaded copy, hmm, perhaps a corruption in that part of the CD image.
I shall wait until the final release, not a major problem, just eager to get the most out of my PCs.
Thanks for the assistance.
best wishes
Jody
