Hello,
The order still exists on Renderosity's end, so it's holding your gift certificate for that order.
You can cancel this order by going to your orders page (https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/account/orders). Click on the red "Cancel Order" button in the top right of your order. Once you do that, you should be able to use your gift certificate again.
We can also cancel the order for you, just let us know the order number. You can submit a support ticket here https://support.renderosity.com/. (It's easier for us to track, and you don't need to put your info in a public forum.)

The support system has separate login credentials from Renderosity.com.
I think what antje is saying is that you don't need to create an account in the support system, you can just click "Open a New Ticket" whenever you want to contact support.
However, it may be more convenient for you to have an account in the support system. I'm not sure what making an account will do, but I'm guessing it'll at least make it more convenient for you to submit multiple tickets (since the system would already have your basic contact information). If you want an account on the support site, you will have to create a new account first. However, you can submit tickets without an account.

That is cookie based. If you click "Hide warning and view image", the site should remember that for any other products with content warning.
If you clear your cookies, use your browser's private mode, use a different browser, use a different computer, etc., the site won't remember your choice.
I agree that it would be good to make it a setting, and I'll add that to our issue tracker. It wasn't done like that originally because cookies account for logged-out users as well as logged in (and time, resource constraints, etc etc). But we should be able to add a setting.

ebasham fixed an issue that was making the site slower for the past day or so. Not sure exactly when it started, but it was very noticeable this morning.
Site should be back to normal now. Of course, we still have other long-term performance improvements to make. But should be better now than the past day or so. :)

Thank you all for the feedback, we hear ya :)
The page loads are definitely slower than we'd like (with variance throughout the day and for certain pages). The site upgrades this year and the previous year have helped in a lot of ways (the Rewards page took what felt like a minute to load, previously!), but there's definitely more to do.
Rest assured, we're aware of the issue and it's all on the to do list.
