I've had this problem with the Mac version of Poser 4--the solution seems to be to delete the prop from the character, and then reimport/ reload it. This usually happens when a prop is imported, modified, and then resaved to the library. If you check the prop list for the character you will probably see the prop is listed twice.

So the worm turns! Some of the V3 update files are in .exe form only, which naturally I can't use on the Mac.....

I can't always remember what all those PZ3 files are, so just before I save them I paste them onto the background (if there's no background image loaded, that is!) When I reload them I just clear the background. What this means is that there's a graphic of the scene that appears in any image program, so you have instant thumbnails of all your files to jog your memory.

I also have not been able to see the conformable hair when it is loaded. I am trying to conform it to Posette rather than Vicky, but there is nothing at all visible in the scene ?? I'm on a Mac so rsr's don't cause any problems. I also had the same problem with the conforming Hollywood hair from Jim Burton. It would seem to load but remained invisible,

I've turned off all the IK for the figure and the boots, and checked it in the hierarchy editor, where it shows that it is indeed unchecked. I save the figure, and if I reload it back in the dammmm IK is turned back on! It only affects the left boot. It does it on 2 seperate sets of boots. I'm baffled........
