Do anyone have a clear answer of what happen to BAT's sites? Sometimes ago the freestuff section changed to 'weeky data' because of bandwidth. And now, there is a new site, but forbidden here and there. And because of the language, can't get the information of what happen there. Is he want to only share his works only with his friends? I like his work very much!

Do anyone have any methord to read the japanese in those sites? Queri 'click on anything that shows up as clickable'is a methord but there are many words on those sites, may be tutorials or some useful informations. I tried a translation web site to read bat's site , but the answer is 'the server has been instructed not to let you have it'

Thx! maclean, I think u just give me the answer, I can't just export from max and import poser, and get away from the black color.... I must do something in uvmapper before using in poser , right ?

Sorry for my bad English and the confusing question. I used max to make some models and export as obj by the max to obj plugin, then import into poser. I dont care the edges sharp or not, I just dont want to have the black color as shown in no.1. The no.1 cylinder is a primitive cylinder I made from max, and I got the black color. So if poser cant smooth a 90degree edge, I need to use uvmapper to 'split vertices' to every model that I want to use in poser?

Well I dont know much about the theory of how tailor works, but I think that it will not take a part of the mesh from Vicky or Mike , and attach it to the cloth. So if I load the obj of Vicky or Mike into a modeler, and make a cloth, I need to make the shape by hand. But in tailor, computer did that for me, thats it. Whats the different? If Daz said that clothes altered by tailor violate copyrights, how about cloths altered by other modeling program? OK, let everyone here only buy models from Daz, they will happy.

Thanks, Roy I made the whole cloth as a whole, and detach the polygons to different parts. I made it for the abdomen and hip, these no problem, but on other parts, the problem come out. Is that the process of detach will move the vertices? I don't move them! (I made it in 3DS max)

usually thhose comes with softwears are not very good, myslef also find questions, not the answers from the manual of poser. So, I hope if there still someone telling another to 'read the manual' please point out which page, which line. it is better?

I have saw a render at BAT's gallery, she is a girl with golden hair. try the link, but can't read the japanese words. And, the characters,Lin-Lin, Nene, Can-Can and Ran-Ran are made by Yatamo, not from iso. I don't think they are the same person.Thread: About cloths | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
