Hello everyone, Some of the purchasing problems have been fixed and others we are still working on. When a card is "declined" it means that your bank denied the transaction. And we don't have any way of determining why without contacting that bank personally. Which is very time consuming and often delays my responses to each of you. I will send an email to each of you asking for additional information. I will have to tackle each individually. thanks, yvette

markdc, You were never refused to return an item. I asked that you contact the merchant first to try and resolve the issue. I assume the merchant never responded to you. Therefore a credit was issued to your credit card. Please remove the item from your computer. yvette
