I think that some have a misunderstanding of what is meant by commercial use, and that could be clarified on the upload pages by what Renderosity means by commercial use.

If it's just static props, I would say that OBJ with the MTL file and textures in the same folder would probably reach the widest user base, as that would import into many different programs, Poser included.

You have your folders wrong. Your props extract to RuntimeLibrariesTangibleProps and you need to change it to RuntimeLibrariesPropsTangibleProps With that fixed, they work well. I think you did a good job with the low poly, too.
