Thread: which is better poser 4 or 5? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hey there fellow p4'er :P I use P4 also but i read some tutorails about poser5 and i think you can do alot more on p5 than p4. I think there are also better downloads/textures/clothing/props... for p5. I am not sure though but if i has the money id get p5 or vichy. (I could be wrong though but thats just what i think).

Well if you use winzip just take a look at the files. I downloaded the Parchment on that site and it has a pp2 and a rsr file. These uselly go in the libraries file. If you look (in the extractoin page in winzip ) you'll see this : Name | Modified | size |.... | and then Path (Name of files) The path will show you where to place the file's for the tool or utility to work. That is about the best way i can explain it to you. I hope it help's though. Happy rendering ! ~Gothic-Ice

Yep poser is easy to learn ! And if you need a Paint program like Adobe Photoshop 6.0 but its to hard to learn right away why not play around with the ms paint ? (The one you get with window's) I made some of my first work's with some help from ms paint. I know its not the best but i think it has all the basic's to all paint programs i have seen. And if you get the hang of that you wont have so mutch trouble with moving on to Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and others. Hope my post help's ~Gothic-Ice
