I have plenty of disk space. It just suddenly stopped saving the very last thing I render. It will save several renders previous to the last one. I could go in and do 5 test renders right now and it will save the first four of them.

I actually finally found it, and the problem was a non-standard installation that it did differently this time than the last time. My C drive is for booting up only, all that's supposed to be on there is my OS, so I install to my E drive. I have my Users folder on my E drive as well and last time it used that, but this time it created a new one on my C drive and put my stuff in there. >__< Bad installer, naughty! But at least I found it. Whew. Boy, stuff just really doesn't like you to choose your own installation destinations these days.

@ FVerbaas--I noticed that you have your video card selected, which would lead me to believe you are using GPU rendering. I'm not. Could that be the difference? Or maybe it's because I am using Windows 7 and things are starting to not be coded to take that into consideration...at any rate I will contact support because it is definitely not doing what yours is.

Poser 11 has been like that for me since I first got it, before any patches or the update. It would save the last render I did, maybe one before that, and then nada, even though I have it set to maximum for the cache.

Just out of curiosity what OS are you using? I have to wonder if my issues with the program getting weird on me are because I'm on Windows 7.

I did choose to retain my preferences, the program just chose to ignore my choice there. xD I can tell this is going to be a fun relationship already. I guess I should be used to it, I have cats.

The one feature I find myself voicing a wish for most often to my friend who also uses Poser is for a scrolling render screen. I'd also like a grid display that would divide the screen into buckets per render settings, but really any grid that divides the screen up into sector would be great, because when I have a render that's going to take literally days, I have to break it up and do it in sections. It would make it so much easier to render, say, the top left quarter, if I had a visual guide to draw my area to render. Normally I just grab what's around the edges of the previous render left in memory, BUT if I forget I was doing that and use CCleaner or something, that render is no longer in Poser to look at and I have to just guess. A grid would be awesome. A scrolling render screen would also be awesome so I could see test renders of larger images in progress and be able to stop them to fix errors before I've wasted too much render time.

Thank you, I found the folder you showed me. I don't have that subfolder at all (RenderPresets), I guess it got erased somehow. >_< Oh well, I have a lot of saved scenes I can yank some from, so all is not lost, just a minor PITA.

I was shocked when I came to the site and saw what's been done to it. It is difficult to browse or find specific things, and it is visually appalling. I've used Rendo for years and more or less patiently tolerated the stuff that's been done to it over time, though I was still mourning the original beauty of the site as it was before it was turned into a cell phone display. This new thing has broken my tolerance. I will go through and bookmark the individual pages I might need in future but I am done with attempting to browse the marketplace or other site features. It's simply too frustrating and inconvenient. I cannot imagine what someone was thinking to push this through.

Hi Gendragon. I don't use Chrome, I only use Firefox and I keep it updated to the latest version. Is the scripting similar?

Apologies, I'm afraid I'm not making myself clear.

With most freebies in Freestuff, if I click the Download button, the popup page telling me that my download is being prepared pops up, and then seconds later, the file becomes available for to download.

With SOME freebies, I click the  Download button, and the "Please Wait While We Prepare Your Download File" window pops up, and then it redirects to the site hosting the freebie. In cases where the link or button to download from the site page is below the level of the popup window, I cannot reach anything to click because there is no scroll bar that allows this.

I have attached a screenshot of the result for clicking this example: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/?download=48610 . This is a file hosted on ShareCG. After the "Please Wait" window pops up, it automatically redirects to this page: http://www.sharecg.com/v/22769/browse/11/Poser/Gritty-Bar-Props . But unlike when you navigate to the page through the main browser, there is no scroll bar so I cannot actually see the download link on the ShareCG page, as shown on the screencap.

I hope this makes it less confusing.

Oh, I understand that! The problem is not the hosting on other sites, but that there is no scroll bar on the new window so I cannot reach the product at all.

Thanks. I don't see any morphs in that body part at all--I mean literally zero morphs, not even translation ones-- so I will have to learn how to show hidden morphs. I'll look into finding that script.
