You might find some stuff over at PoserPros Character and Clothing Workshop Forum. They have some fairly detailed clothing tutorials in the Rhino modeling section which might be applicable to Max. I used some of the tutorials to create my first clothing item (dress) with fairly good success.

If you're looking for doing some 3D modeling, you can also give Rhino a try. It's fairly intuitive and has one of the largest forums/tutorial sets here at Rendo. You can get a free trial from the attached link.

If you've got more than 100 poses in a folder, then you will have to modify LibraryPrefs.xml in ..Runtimeprefs folder. Just use a text editor and change the circled value to something greater than 100. In this case, I've changed it to 600 just to be sure.

I got an email today saying that my boxed version has shipped! It had a UPS tracking number with it, which when tracked, said it would be at my door on March 31.

The trick that I usually use is to mouse-over (don't click on it, just hover over it with your cursor) the link that the phisers provide. When using using something like MS Outlook, after a few seconds, you will see where the hyper-link is pointing to. If it is legit, then chances are you will see that their URL matches with their legitimate website. If it points to something else (very often an IP address with a bunch of junk following) then you know right away that it is a scam. Clear as mud?
