you need a modeling program. G max is a modeling program for games and has limited out put file types. there are many modelers out and you have a lot of learning to do to be able to create your own stuff from scratch. so Get ready for 6 months to a yr of intence learning on what ever modeling program you get. I use eather TrueSpace or Maya to make clothing for poser. both are not cheep tho TrueSpace is worth the price every penny. there is a lot of saport for it and a forum here on rosaty as well. hope this helps laters Vel

in poser the dress is set up to bend with the model you load it on. Vicki or what ever :) to in the set up room where you boaned the dress. This is what im talking about. If this is in poser 5's cloth room then the problem is that for it to be cloth it has to be one piece and not grouped as they woth stick togeather in the cloth room.

you have the joint settings wrong. you need to set up the influince grouping so it afects both sides of the joint equily as the mesh is deformed. hope this helps Vel

sure Carolly :) Ill email the map to you :) and i agree with the hair i just loaded the default color on a Modifiyed Neftis Lond do. the plane was for a mousey brown with redish/ auburn Highlites. and yes on the white gause im still fooling with P5 to get that color and the gause look. thow so far to get a white to show white I have to was every thing out with a white light :/ and that totaly ruens her skin tone and make her look like a vampier or something. anyway great minds think alike here is a pic of the start of bumping for imbroidery. will send the map to you this eve after work. question you have P5 yet ? if not i have the same top fited to Vicki2 if that would work for you i can send the mesh for it so you can see how it looks, Ill drape it to this pose and the defalt pose for you. Hi Bill So I messed up in the last upload of this and omited the settings for the second texture :/ here they are this is a material that comes with P5 its Leopard1 in the basic matiral library. to use it select the dress in the material room. Open the libraray and go to basic folder near the bottom you will see leopard1 select and load it. tweek the tile settings to match the pic below run the sim and render :) try loading amd tweeking other matierals and tweeking them, you will find you can get a lot of very prity looks from the materails provided in P5 already :) As to Judy. I am at present converting a number of yrs work of mine for models i have created in the past to fit Vickie Judy Mike Don and the rest. Now that i know how to do for the MP ill start uping many others. Later Vel Thanks and Have a ball :)

Hi Comp Dr open the material room. select the item you want to texture. click the new node optionsnew node2d texturesimage map click the difuse color C <--- icon drag to the uper left corner of image map little plug icon and release. a wire will now be conected to the image map node. do the same for specular color so you end up with 2 wires going to the node. first gray line in the image map node click the none navigat to your texture and select it. thats all there is to it to load a color texture. use a new image node for tranparency , bump map and so on.
