That's not my point at all. I own the Mil Dragon and was well aware that it was required for the "Mil Dragon Folks" to work. My issue is that the name "Mil Dragon Folks" is somewhat misleading, considering it's actually "Mil Dragon Accessories plus a couple poses." Except for the clothes, it's something you could make in about 5 minutes with the Mil Dragon, and involves no new morphs or anything.

Well, the main reason I bought em was because they were $1.99. I'd really prefer it if DAZ would call this product "Dragon Folk Clothes and Poses for the Mil Dragon." I'd have picked up something else if it had been clearer, as the Mil Dragon isn't hard to pose like they've done as it is (only the long neck makes it hard to make him humanoid, and they don't get rid of that here.)

Okay. That seems a bit weak for a DAZ product, but okay. Maybe the original Mil Dragon raised my expectations too high for DAZ stuff or something, but everything I bought in my last go seems to be missing some useful components. None of the Mil Dragon Folk poses are anything like a "default" Poser pose, IIRC (I'm at work too, and don't have it in front of me.)

It's very interesting-looking. However, a few small things: When you use blur or smudge or whatever you used to di the hair, make a duplicate layer and do it to that layer, then you can carefully erase parts of that new layer to get a crisper outline around the hair (right now it's blurry all around the hair).

Well, I have tried all of these suggestions and it still stubbornly refuses to take a texture map. I am stumped. Other questions, though: How do I get rid of rotation channels I don't want? How do I set the min/max of rotation channels? (I seem to be able to set them by double-clicking, but it doesn't have any effect, even with Use Limits turned on.)
Thread: help, which do you think is better 3d studio max or lightwave | Forum: Animation
If you go the Lightwave Route, I strongly recommend the "Messiah Project" plugin suite. It REALLY makes character animation work well with Lightwave, as well as soft body dynamics and collision detection. It's almost a replacement for the Lightwave interface. And it's really not that pricy, as far as commercial packages go.

Nerd, you make kick-ass props and figures. Unfortunately, my Poser upchucks the second time I load any of your chainmail props and your new smooth gloves. I get a "cannot open Runtime/Geometries/Nerd/.obj and then Poser says it's out of memory. Funny thing is, I've got 160 megs of Ram, so I don't think that is the problem. I get this problem a lot, so if anyone can help me, I'd be very appreciative. - Scupper
