Cinema 4d would be a good choice, it's much cheaper than Maya and the results are stunning. Rhino is pretty much a modelling program. But if you can afford Maya, I'd get that.

The first time I posted at Deviant Art I got a comment that said "not bad, for Poser." It was a Bryce pic but had Poser characters in it. I IM'd the dork, and he went on a rant about how easy Poser is (yea, REAL easy lol) and how much he hated it. A lot there hate Bryce too. Screw em.

I'm of the opinion that if you rendered it in Bryce, post it in Bryce. If there is more postwork than 3d in the image, it might be wise to post it in Mixed Medium.

I think you'll always have worries about bandwidth if you use a free host. I'd try Geocities, not sure what the bandwidth limit is though. You can't hotlink, but you can just link to a freestuff page.

I personally wouldn't pay for a subscription service, but I see nothing wrong with selling Bryce stuff for profit. After all, many forum regs do it already. On occassion I buy a model or two. We have a way here at the Bryce forum, to share things for free." Rudy, I don't get this. Lyrra is merely asking if there'd be an interest in her idea. I don't see selling at the marketplace or on her site as something bad. Or am I missing something?
